Other Locational Data: The subject property is located on the north side of Walsh Street. *P3a. Description: The property consists of a 1 1/2-story, wood-frame, Queen Anne Victorian style residence. Character defining features of the residence include at moderately steep gable roof clad with asphalt shingles, a larger gabled dormer atop the side gable of the roof facing the street with multi-pane sash windows, a later brick exterior fireplace/chimney on the right side of the house, a full front porch with elaborate fan-shaped or sunburst curved details and spindles below the roof eaves, wood balustrades, two stairways leading to the front deck, replacement sash windows on the lower story of the house under the porch, and fish-scale shingle skirt below the porch.
