Description: The property consists of a 1 story, wood-frame, Late-Victorian residence. Character defining features of the residence include its gable and shed roof design with a large addition to the right of the main house, shingle exterior cladding on the gable end with a pair of 6 over 6 light windows in the gable end and 1 over 1 light sash windows on the first floor, horizontal shiplap siding on the ground floor, a shed roof porch with square columns, a pair of 1 over 7 light sash windows on the shed addition, a short series of stairs with metal railing leading to the front porch, and possibly one or two gable dormers on the side gable roof.
