The official réturus of votes in this city show 86,038 for Scott, Dem., for Canal Commissioner, and 32.604 for Cochraa, fusion, The following are official Democratic majorities : Philadelphia county, 3,434; Chester county, 450; Northampton county, 2,820. The entire returns received this moruiug, increase the democratic majorities in the State to 6.648.
