Recorded in Book "31" of Deeds at page 143 et seq.
That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Hundred (100 0/100)
Dollars, gold coin lawful money of the United Sstatés of
America, to him in hand paid the moasint whereof is
-hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and
‘conveyed and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell
‘and convey unto the said party of the second part, and
‘to his heirs and assigns forever, all and singular the
wndivided one fourth of a set of six mining olaims
laying and being situate between Lake Gity and the
Kennebec House in the County of Nevada, in Bloomfield
Township, known originally as the Dunn and Delaney
Claims, and now owned by me and McDonolds of Columbia
Hill. )
Together with all the dips, spurs, angles and
wariations, ete.
