In the Matter of the Estate

Pie 2 Fe DILLON, Deceased.
Pursuant to an order of said Court made on the 12th.
day of February A. D. 1878, notice is hereby given
that Tuesday the 26th. day of February 1878, at 2
(O'clock P. M., of said day and the Court Room of said ©
Court at the Court House in the County of Nevada, have ~
been appointed as the time and place for proving the
Will of said P. F. Dillon, deceased, and for hearing
the application of Henry ¢. Dillon, for the issuance
to him of letters testamentary thereon, when and where ©
any interested person may appear and contest the same.

_deposes and says that he is one of the proprietors and
has charge of the advertisements of the Nevada Daily
Transcript, a daily newspaper printed and published
in the City of Nevada, County of Nevada and State of
Qalifornia, and that the Probate Notice, in the Matter
of the Estate of P. F. Dillon, dec'd., a printed copy
of which is hereto annexed, was duly and regularly
published in said newspaper and in every issue thereof,
