Henry C. Dillon the Executor of the last will and
Testament of Patrick F. Dillon Deceased, having heretofore made a return to this Court of his proceedings
in the sale of Real Estate made on the lst day of
June A.D. 1886, under the provisions of said Will and
filed the said return in the office of the Clerk of
this Court; and a hearing upon the said return of
proceedings being asked for in the said return, and
the said hearing having been postponed from time to
time so that a New Appraisement of said property could
be made which said Appraisement was, by the order of
this dourt duly given and made on the 13th day of
‘September A.D. 1886, duly made; and was on the 15th
‘day of November A.D. 1886 filed in the office of the
Wlerk of oe Court, which said Appraisement fixed
tthe value oF said Real Eatate so sold as aforesaid at
tthe sum of $500.00 and since said sale Oynthia A. Dillon
thas offered an advance of $51.00 upon said sale for
which confirmation was asked and has paid said $51.00
