AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION NOTICE OF PROVING WILL . ! . In the Superior Gourt in and for the County of Nevada, } State of California, In the Matter of the Estate of Cynthia A. Dillon, deceased. Pursuant to an order of said Superior Court, made on the 3d day of May 1388. notice is hereby given that \Monday the 14th day of May 1888, at 10 o'olock A. M. ) _ of said day at the Court Room of said Court, at the Gourthouse in the City and County of Nevada, has been appointed as the time and place for proving the Will of said Cynthia A. Dillon, deceased, and for hearing the application of Henry (0. Dillon for the issuance of letters testamentary to George W. Ryland, when and ‘where any person interested may appear and contest the same. Dated Nevada City, May 3d, 1888. F, G. Beatty, Clerk.
