The H. C. Dillon Company, a Corporation organized
under the Laws of the State of California, and whose
principal place of business is in the City of Los
Angeles in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars, to
it in hand paid, "ne reqeinn of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant to Florence H. Dillon, her
executors, administrators and assigns all that real
property situated in the County of Nevada, State of
California, described as follows:
An undivided one fourth part of and interest in the
I.X.L. Placer Mine located in Nevada dounty, California
for a more particular description of which reference .
is hereby made to the United States Patent Office, now !
on Record in the Office of the County Recorder of said
Nevada County.
To Have and to Hold to the said grantee her heirs
or assigns.
