Recorded in Book "56" of Deeds at pge 66 et seq.
That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollars, Silver Coin,
of the United States of America, to him in hand paid by
the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, doth by these presents, remise,
release, and forever quitclaim unto the said party of
the second part, and to his heirs and assigns, all that
certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate in the
said County of Nevada, State of California, and bounded
and particularly described as follows to-wit:
The property I sell is situated on Kennebeck Hill
in Bloomfield Township, Nevada County, State of Cala.
