WHEREAS, by virtue of a writ of execution issued out of and under the seal of the District Court of the 14th Judicial District of the State of California, in & for the County of Nevada, tested the 9th day of April TA. De 1874 upon a judgment recovered in the said Court on the 10th day of Mareh A. D. 1874 in favor of William F. Barger and against A. J. McDonald to the said Sheriff delivered and directed, commanding him that out of the personal property of said judgment . debtor in his dounty he should cause to be made . beste GR certain moneys in the said writ Bpoe teed and if surfi— cient personal property of the said judenient debtor ‘could not be found then he should cause the amount of said judgment to be made out of the real property belon ing to said judgment debtor on the 10th day of March A. D. 1874 or at any time afterward.
