THAT WHEREAS, the parties of the first part clain
to be the owners of a certain placer mine situate in
Bloomfield Township, County of Nevada, and State of
(alifornia, and for which they have applied for a
Wnited States Patent at the United States Land Office
‘in Sacramento, the mine being known and described as
‘the Lake City Consolidated Gravel Mine and being
fully described by metes and bounds in the papers and
maps on file in said Land Office.
AND WHEREAS, the party of the second part is now
iand has been for several years past the occupant of a
jportion of said claim described as the Lake City ConwOlidated Gravel Mine using the same for the purposes
of a water reservoir from which the mines of said party
iof second part are supplied with water. .
NOW THEREFORE for the purposes of adjusting the
«conflicting claims of the several parties the following
