The petition of Mathew McInery of the said County
respectifully shows:
That Patrick McInery died on or about the 29th
day of June A. D. 1876, in Bloomfield Township,
Nevada County, California.
That the deceased at the time of his death was a
-resident of the said Township, County and State of
Qalifornia, .
That the deceased left estate in the said Township,
‘County and State of California, of real and personal

That the value and character of the property are
as follows, to-wit:
