miles west of Grass Valley, between Wolf and Squirrel Creeks.
The said Ranch will produce some fifty tons of hay,
and has now about sixteen acres under Barley.—
There is also six acres of first rate vegetable land.
The Ranch is well known to be equal to any in the
mountains.
Also, two-thirds of a new Barn, 50 by 80, in Poston
Ravine, two yoke of Cattle and W agon, together with
Farming Implements, &e. &e.
The whole of which will be sold low, as one of the
subscribers wishes toreturn home. They are desirous to close the business, and would give time for payments, on good security.
