in a beautiful location for a residence or hotel.
Each of the above claims has been duly surveyed,
recorded, improved and occupied—they are adjacent,
and cover every foot of suitable ground for any kind
of business. The timber upon them is equal to any
in this vicinity, and easily procured.
They are
surrounded by a fair mining region, without danger
that the tillable land will be disturbed.
Possessory titles will be guaranteed, without danger
