requiring individuals, companies or associations, in applying fo the Legislature for special acts, wherein the rights or interests of
others are affected, to signify their intention
by public advertisements for six weeks successively, previous to making such application.
Mr. Coffroth, of the committee on Federal
Relations, has presented a bill to the Senate,
opposed to a petition fir the passage of a law
in regard te foreigners, who have not declar4 their intention of becoming American citirens. The petition asks that such shall be
ineligible to locate claims, or hold may te
and that Asiatic foreigners may become. domestics in our towns and cities, under
