This agreement made at Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, State
of Utah, this 9th day of April, A. D. 1925, by and between F. i. Gray,
Re T. Adams, G. D. Adams, R. G. Abbey and A. H. Cook, all of whom reside in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, State of Uteh,

That said persons, for the purpose of forming a corporation under the laws of the State of Utah, hereby agree with each other as folewe. to-wit:

business in each and all of the several branches thereof including the

The objects and powers of the corporation shall include but not
be limited to the follows:
To engage in the manufacture or processing, purchase, sale and
distribution of lubricating oils and greases.
To apply for, purchase or otherwise acquire and to hold, ow, aa,
operate and to sell, assign or otherwise dispose of, to grant licenses
in respect of or otherwise turn to account any and all inventions, inprovements and processes used in connection with or secured under letters patents of the United States or elsewhere and with a view to the
