ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OF THE GRAY-ADAMS COMPANY This agreement made at Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, State of Utah, this 9th day of April, A. D. 1925, by and between F. i. Gray, Re T. Adams, G. D. Adams, R. G. Abbey and A. H.
