each for himself, deposes and says: That he is one of the incorporators
named in and who signed the foregoing agreement for the incorporation
of THE GRAY-ADAMS COMPANY/ that it is bona fide the intention of sadd
incorporutors to commence and carry on the business mentioned in said
agreement; that he verily believes that each party to said agreement has
paid or is able to pay the amount of stock subscribed for by him; that
at least ten per cent (10%) of the stock subscribed by each stockholder
and not less than ten per cent (10%) of the capital stock of said corporation has been paid in.
