each for himself, deposes and says: That he is one of the incorporators
named in and who signed the foregoing agreement for the incorporation
of THE GRAY-ADAMS COMPANY/ that it is bona fide the intention of sadd
incorporutors to commence and carry on the business mentioned in said
agreement; that he verily believes that each party to said agreement has
paid or is able to pay the amount of stock subscribed for by him; that
at least ten per cent (10%) of the stock subscribed by each stockholder
and not less than ten per cent (10%) of the capital stock of said corporation has been paid in.

duly sworn for himself deposes and says: That he will discharge the
duties of such position or offices to the best of his judgment mad that
he will not do nor consent to the doing of any matter or thing relating
