It appears that Dr. Blanks of Grass Valley, in this county, having made a visit to the new diggings in Utah, on his way home passed through a beautiful valley, and thought le could not turn his journey to safe to remain ia the mountains after the first of November, the family pass the win‘ter at Dutch Flat.
