The Vuba Beundury Dispute Settled.
The Counties of Yaba and Butte have for
years, been dixputing about the dividing line
between them. The law fixes the boundary
along the main channel of the Honecut.—
Yuba county claimed the North Fork for the

ersefthe two Counties to determine the
line and he would confirm it; but Yuba’s
Surveyor reperted for Yuba, and Butte’s
for Butte. The Deputy Surveyor General,
Edward Twitchel, Esq., thereupon proceeded to the ground, to thoroughly investigate
the subject, and. without hesitation, reports
