KNOY ALL MEN BY THEST PRESENTS, That I, H. H. WILLIANS, Trustee, of Honolulu, Oshu, Territory of Hawaii, in consideration of the swa of Ten Dollars (410,00) to me paid by the GROVER MURPHY DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, LIMITED, an Hawaiian corproation, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said GROVER MURPHY DEVULCPLIMNY COMPANY, LIMITED, its successors and assigns foraver: All these certain lots, pieces or parcels of land situate lying and being in the County of Nevada, State of California, and bounded and particularly described as follows, to-wit: ALL and singular the extension of the ANAT OAT HILL QUARTZ LODS vein, which extends or vasses through the Hirschman & Grover placer mining claim patented (patent recorded in Vol. 4 of Patents, page 546, et seq., records of Nevada County, California) together with the right to mine, extract and reduce all ores within said vein. Reserving, however, from this conveyance, 211 gravel ond surface rights to said Hirschman & Grover Placer ilining Claim; it being understood that this conveyance shall in no wise encumber or interfere with the cravel or other rights of the parties of the first part to mine, or dispose of the same. All of which above described vrenises were to me conveyed by i. 3. Grover, et al. by deed dated November 15th 1910, and recorded in the County Records, Vol. 115, page 208, et seq., County of Nevada, State of California. Yogether with all the dips, spurs and angles, and also all the metals, ores, gold and silver bearing quartz rock, and (2)
