Simon Rosenthal buys lots on the corner of Main & Washington
Streets for $3,800. (Sheriff's Sale) Contemplates erecting
a fine fire-proof structure on the lots.
Williamson & Dawley bank adHussey & Rogers have leased a portion of the store of Hall
& Rapp until their store is completed.
City Drug Store ad opposite Metropolis Hotel.
The brick buildings now in course of erection by A.W.Potter,
Dr. Lark, Hussey & Rogers are nearly completed. Hirschman's
& Rosenheim have commenced on their fire proof building.
Main Street now wears the appearance of a mercantile place.
We receive from Mr. Wolfe of Hirschman & Bros., a basket of mo
most delicious fruit. Those wishing fruit of any kind will
not forget our friend Gem Gen. Wolfe.

Dr. Lark, Potter & Crittenden, have unpacked the camels and
found the loads in excellent order. The Dr. has a fresh
supply of Drugs from Arabia, Persia, Turey and Indo stan.
Altar of Roses and other perfumery from the vale of Cashmere,
and other articles from the Orient to prolong life and preserve beauty.
Potter and Crittenden are displaying china and Japan ware,
fresh from the Celestial Kingdom, Etruscan vases, Hungarain
glass and pottery of every description besides books of

New brick buildings: We learn that Messrs. Hussey & Rogers,
Hirschman & Rosenheim & Co. intend to jointly erect a fine
prick edifice on the ground covered by their present stores.
A handsomer block could not be projected and the design reflects great credit upom the projectors and will go far to ensure the safety of the ton from seeping fires. Mr. Potter
will erect one off his present stand, also M.H.Funston, and
Miss Mary Miller. We believe Mr. Flurshulta also intends
to build one next to his present store. A brick Court House
Will probably be built the present seaxson.
Hirschman’ ad One door below Rosenheim's. Hussey Lot.
Sargent & Niles? Potter's brick Dist Attorney. Mr. Potter
has removed his goods to the store formerly occupied by CW.
Young, in order to put up a two-story fireproof brick. The
ground is already cleared for action. Mr. 7,.P Davis is
building a brick building on Broad Street.

Ad: First arrival of the Camel Train. Over the Plains-The
uiekest time on record. Only 12 days and 6 hrs. from St.
ouis, Mo. to Nevada. A train of 15 Asiatic camels have just
arrived under the direction of Kalib Rabbi ang Egyptian camel
driver, freighted in part with drugs & medicines, paints, oils,
window glass, brushes, etc. for John Lark, wholesale & retail
druggist. Fireproof brick, Main St., Nevada and for Potter &
Crittenden, wholesale & retail dealers in books,& stationery,
also crockery & glassware, camphor, wooden waré & China Ware.
