(b) Generally, to engage in the purchase, sale, leasing and rapair of new and used automobiles and other vehicles, and engaging in any activities pertinent thereto. THIRD: in addition to the primary business to be engaged in by said corporation as hereinabove set forth, a statement of the additional general purposes or powers of this corporation is: (a) To engage in any business or transaction which the board of directors of the corporation may from time to time authorize or approve, whether related or unrelated to the business descriped above, or to any other business then or theretofore transacted by the corporation.
