(eo) The total authorized capital stock of this corporation is $500,000.00 consisting of 500,000 shares of common stock of a par value of $1.00 each, divided into two classes as follows: Class A shall consist of 250,000 shares of said stock and Class B shall consist of 250,000 shares _ of said stock, Each of said classes of stock shall, by vote of the holders of a majority of the shares of stock in each class, have the right to elect two members of the Board of Directors of this corporation, which Board of Directors shall consist of four members. In all other respects, each of said classes of stock shall have equal rights and privileges.
