ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION

HOFFMAN AEROPLANE COMPANY.
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, the undersigned, all of whom are citizens and residents of the State of
California, have this day voluntarily associated ourselves together for the purpose of forming a corporation under the laws
of the State of California;
AND WE DO HEREBY CERTIFY:
FIRST:
That the name of said corporation shall be
HOFFMAN AEROPLANE COMPANY.
SECOND:
That the purposes for which said corporation is formed
are:
To engage in, conduct and carry on, in all its branches,
the business of manufacturing, building, constructing, assemb=
ling, repairing, buying, selling, leasing, letting, hiring, importing, exporting, operating, demonstrating, exhibiting, hand=
ling on commission, or otherwise trading and dealing in, aero=planes, aerial machines, and motor propelled aerial vehicles of
every character and description, and all of the various parts
and accessories thereof, and likewise all engines, dynamoes,
electrical apparatus, equipment, machinery, devices, inventions,
implements, appliances, materials and supplies of every character and description, used in connection with the manufacture,
assembling, repair and operation of such aerial vehicles; to.
