$150,000 JONES’? GIFT ENTERPRISE,
Report of Committee on Distribution.
‘The time having arrived at which your Committee hoped
to distribute the property entrusted to them, we deem if ous
duty to announce that, though the tickets ard not quite all
sold, Mr. Jones has, magnanimously and honorably, placed the
entire enterprise under our control, and that we have found the
Property, and the vouchers to it, perfecily satisfactory, and fair
in the valuation, and that it is ready for distribution the moment the whole of the tickets shall have been sold.
We are satisfied that this enterprise is safe, ‘and free front
embarrasament—legal or otherwise—which will prevent «
hona fide distribution, .
The late action of the authorities in relation to other Gift.
Enterprises, has not in the least affected this one, Tickets
are now selling more rapidly than ever; and at present rates
we shall be able to apportion the Gifts within a couple of
months—there being only about 30,000 tickets remaining unsold. These can be disposed of in a very few weeks, if every
ticket holder will interest himself to sell them among his
friends, And we urge this active co-operation with your
committee, as a sure means of bringing about a distribution
early in September next. SIn any event, we have determined that no extension shall be mado beyond the first day

Agents are wanted in every town and city in the Union
and Canada to sell these tickets, and form clubs for the same,
to whom a liberal per centage will be given. .
The committee having taken possession of the enterprise
and property, will direct the Pantoscope to be exhibited, until the distribution, in those cities where 5000 tickets, or
upwards, have been sold, that the mass of ticket holders may
witness this great masterpiece of att. There being

Correspondents should enclose an envelope, with their di
rections on it in full, in which their tickets will be returned
—thus insuring against mistakes.
