The song recital given by the pupils
of Mrs. De Witt Renfro at the Opera
House last evening was attended by a
large number of music-loying people.
The numbers, some of them very difficult, were very well rendered. The
tenor solo ‘‘You,’’ rendered by Louis
Dorsey, was greatly appreciated, as was
also ‘‘Heart of My Heart Sleep On’’ by
Miss Ida Wilhelm, and “The Hermit”
by Mr. Carl Brand and trio.
