This is a photo taken by Waldo “Wally” Potter in September 2015 of the Binkelmann Brewery. Grass Valley Courtyard Suites, Grass Valley, CA, had bought it. It had to be brought up to local code and was turned into suites and a fitness center for the hotel, but they had to preserve the original building. You can see the bronze plaque in this pic to the left of the front door. The old Binkelmann Brewery has been beautifully remodeled to be used as a hotel suite and a hotel convention center.
