Seerox 11, The Librarian shall canse to be kept a register of all .

Legislature, or its nficers, shall be yetnrued nt the close ol! the session, If
nny person injure or fail lo return any honk taken from the Library, he
shall forfeit and pay to the Librarian, for the benelit of the Library, Uiree \
times the value thereef; and before the Contrller shall issue his warrant .

or officer has returned) all books taken out of the Library by Wa, and has .
