ilee, 509 Clay street, San Francisco, Californin, April 16th, 1864.—
Whereas the Board of Trustees of the Billett Gold and Sliver Min.
ing Company, at a meetlug duly called and held on the Sth day of
Mareh, A. D. 1864, directed, by vote, that an assessment‘of twelve
and one-half 234) cents per share be, and the same was thereby
levied and assessed, on cach and every share of the capital stock of
the said Billett Gold and.Silver MinIng Company, payable lhnmediately, in gold and silver coln of the United States, and that the Secretary of the said Blllett Gola and Silvor Mining Company sell the
delluquent stock, first advertising the same for thirty (30) days, according to law, aftor causing notice ot sald assessment to be published aecording to law and the by-laws of the sald Company; and
