Trustees of the said Company, held on tlic 24th day of Angust, 1864, 2n assessment of five (6) ecnts per share was levied
upon the capital stock of sold Compony, payable on tho 27th
day of August, 1864, In Unitod States gold coln, to the Socrotory, at tho office of the compony, No. 322 Front street, or
to J. W.:Cassinay, Superintendent at tho mine.
Any stock upon whieh sald Assessment shall remolu unpald on Saturday, tbo 2ith day of September, 1864, wili bo
advertised on that day as dolinquent, and unless payment
shall be madc before, will be sold on Soturday the 6th day of
October, 1864, to pay the delinquent assessment, together
with costs of advertising and expenses of the sale. By order
