The Mining and Srientifie Press, 9 From the Stock Circular of Associated Brokers of the 8. F. Stock & Exchange Board. a Saw Fraxciseo, Saturpay Morwina, January 6th, 1866. During the past year the receipts of uncoined gold and silver in this eity through regular channels were as follows:—From Culifornis, $25,957,750; Nevada, including Recse River, $15,800,000; Idaho, Cariboo, Fraser River, etc., $6,948,511—in all $48,705,511. ‘Vo arrive at the probable bullion product of the eoast,it is proper toadd at least 20 per ceat. to these figures for California, to allow for receipts in private hands. From the North eoast fully 40 per ceat. should bo added, for tho reason that a much larger amount of treasuro in privntp hands is received from Portland and Victoria than from any other mining region tributary to this etty. All the bullion sent hither from Nevada arrives by public carriers. In makiag the additions alluded to, it will be found that the total product the past year amounted to 356,678,410, and that California produced $31,149,300, as against $28,400,000 in 1864. he yield of Nevada last year was just about the sume as in 1864; and that of thn North coast say $9,700,000 in 1865, as against about $10,000,000 in tho preceeding year. In glancing briefly at a roview of tho share market for the past twelve nionths, it may he noted that until abont the close of April last early all leading etocks had been well maintained at higher quotations than wero ruling at the beginning of tho year, hut at the former duto, owing to the dimiaished produettvenese of nearly every eluim on the Coinstock, and the uafavoruble financial eondition of certain companies, a serious depression took place throughout tho months of Mny and Juno.
