ee —_ The Rlining and Scientific Press. From the Stock Circular of Associated Brokers of the 8. F. Stock & Exchange Board. San Frasctsco, Sarurpay Morwina, March 10, 1866. Capital is readily acceptable to borrowers in good credit at 1@1}; @ ceut. per manth, and some important negotiations have bheca inade this week upoa still more favorable terms. Our latest telegraphic advices from New York quote Gold at about 1321¢. ‘he Share markct has been characterized by unusual activity thie weck, and the recorded transactions at the Board show a larger weokly aggregate than fur maay mouthe past. The present excitemeat upon the Stock exchange, the extraordinary advancs in some shares, and the material finproveront in others, havo been occasioned solely by the very favorable developments made recently, and the discouraging views entertained by some croakcrs a short tims sincs as to the wau_ ing productiveness of the Comstock lode, were not, it woald scem, based npoa sound pretnises, if its present appearance in certain localities affurds any evidence of intrinste valus or futare permanency. Crown Voint has been dealt in to the sxtent of 40 fert, advancing froin $1,000 to $1,375, huyer 30; receding to $1,230, and closiag at $1,325. During the week cading March 2d, 663 tons of ore were hoisted to the surface. In ranning some 20 ‘feet south of the south incline oa the 300-fect level, the ore is eaid to be improving in quality and quantity. Sinkiag has began for a new Icvel below, and a drift is also under way across tbe 535-feet level, preparatory to sinking, with a view to coanect that aad the 700fect level. The mine is now producing some 50 tone of ore per day, worth from $40 to $45 per tun; and receipts of Bullion this week huve atnounted to $14,000.
