Records, and for the construction thereof, will he received, at the office of the Board of City Hall Commis.

hy a certified check or bond, with two good and sufficient
sureties, in a 5um equal to 10 per cent. of the total sum
of the tender, to be rcturned on the due cntering into
the contract of the party to whom it may he awarded,
or to he forfelted if the party fail to enter into the said
contract. 2 .
The Board reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
Payments will be made monthly, in “’ City Hall Warrants,” of 75 per cent. of the cstimated amounts due,
and the remaining 25 per cent. when the contract ls
completed.
