Tulloch’s’ Automatic Ore Feeder.
At the request of Mr. Jas. Tulloch, we have carefuily
examined his patent Ore Feeder for Quartz Mills, now
on exhihition In this city at the Pacific Foundry, and in
view of its simplicity of construction, directnsss of
action, durahility and compactness, as well as its smali
weight and the low price at which they are hetd hy the
patentee, so as to place them within reach of all mill
owners, are free to state our unqualified opinion that
we regard it superior to any Ore Feeder of which we
have any knowledge in actual work. We are confirmed
in this opinion hy the severe tests to whivh it has heen
put, doing its work thoronghly well on ores of all
kinds. We find the delivery to the mortars of the ore.
stuff, whether dry, damp or wet, tohe entirely uniform
and repnlar, and that even slimes and slush can he
worked in them under perfect control.
