AMENDED ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION of the HOME GOLD MINING COMPANY. KNOW ALL MEN BY,THMSE PRESENIS, that we, the undersigned, have this day associated ourselves tog--cther for the pursose of incorporating under the laws of the State of California, a corporation to be known by the corporate name of the HOME GOLD MINING COMPANY. And we hereby certify that the objects for which this corporation is formed, are mining and the buying and selling of mines; to locate, buy, lease, nond and acquire mines, mining claims, ditches and water rights; to operate mines and mining Chaims; to purchase, erect and operate mining machinery, sulphuret and reduction works and mills; to sell, lease, or other-— wise dispose of, mines, ditches and water rights, mills and machinery, and reduction works; and to acquire, buy, purchase, or otherwise hold, sell and transfer, shares of the capital stock of other corporations.
