STATM OF CALLVORNIA, ) ) ss. City and County of San Francisco, ) We, Gharles Groezinger, President, and O. HE. Johnson, Secretary, respectively, of the Board of Direct— ors of the Home Gold Mining Company, hereby certify tnat the foresoing constitutes a correct copy of the Articles of Association and Certificate of Incorporation of the Home Gold Mining Company, as amended by a majority vote of the Board of Directors of said corporation, said vote having been had at a meeting of the Board of Directors off said corporation, duly held on the 15th day of May, A. D. nineteen hundred, at its principal place of business. The amendment to the original Artic&es of Association and Certificate of Incorporation having been assented to by the written assent of the stockholders revresenting more than two-thirds of the subscribed capital stock of such corporation. The capital stock of said corporat— ion having been heretofore increased from one million to ten million dollars, in shares of ites par value of one hundred dol— lars each, by a certificate made, signed and acknowledged on ithe 14th day of June, 1879, and filed in the office of the County Clerk of the City and County of San Francisco, June 16th, 1379.
