With the opening of the Bank of California and the opening of the Nevada bank, it wae naturally expected that such an impetus to financial affairs would have an encouragirg effect upon the stock market. The opening of the Stock Boards on Tuesday showed that the this expectation was not unfounded. Stocks opened strong and evidences were apparent that arise along the whole line mightbe looked for.
