stumpage rates above annolneed are paid.
In all eases where there are costa of watching
over aud caring for the property, they must be
embraced in the settlement and liquidated by
those secking it.
You are further instructed to report, with as
much detail as practicable, any and all trespassos
upon tiniber lands, committed after the 17th of
June, 1879, that may come to your knowledge,
in order that criminal provecdings may be instituted to pnnisb tho partics guilty of such trespasses.
