An ~HERIFF’S FALE.— 9 virtue of an ex+ -eontion-to-me directed, delivered-out. of the Yfon, District Court of the 14th Judicial District in aad for the county of Nevada, State of Cali fornia, bearing date Match ‘6th, A. D. 1863._in favor of Dennis Mannix, and against Eureka Lake.
