resolution was duly adopted by the unanimous vote of said directors
present and acting at said meeting:
RESOLVED: That the name of this Corporation be and the
same is hereby changed from HOMESTAKE GOLD MINING CO. to
BRADLEY MINING CO., and that the Articles of Incorporation
of this Corporation be and the same are hereby amended for
that purpose, so that Article First thereof shall be in the
following form:
"FIRST: That the neme of said corporation shall
bes
BRADLEY MINING co,"
and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED: That the powers and purvoses of this
Corporation be increased and enlarged and that further and
additional powers be lawfully acquired, and that the Articles
of Incorporation of this Corporation be and the Same are hereby amended for that purpose, so that Article Second thereof
shall be in the following form:
"SECOND: That the purposes for which said
corporation is formed are:
1. To buy, exchange, contract for, hire,
lease, and in any and all other ways acquire, take,
hold and own and to deal in, sell, mortgage, lease
or otherwise dispose of lands, land patents, mining
claims, mineral rights, mines, mining property,
quarries, locations, claims, options, ores, deposits
of mineral, rock, earth, water, oil wells, gas wells,
oil lands, gas lands, timber lands, mill sites, easements, franchises and other real property, and rights
and interest in and to real property, and to manage,
Operate, maintain, explore, exploit, improve and
develop the said properties and each and all of them,
end to extract therefrom any end all metals, miner
als, ores, or other substances,
2. To produce, acquire, refine, store, supply
distribute, transport, buy, sell and otherwise dis-—
pose of and turn to account and deal and trade in
petroleum and petroleum products and by-products of
all classes, descriptions and grades, oil, sulphur,
gas, carbon black, asphalt, bitumen and bituminous
substances of all kinds, carbon and hydrocarbon
products of all kinds, coal, salts, nitrates, phosphates, natural gas, thermal and medicinal waters,
gold, silver, platinum, lead, zinc, iron, copper,
cinnabar, tungsten, barite and ail other metals,
minerals and metallic and crystalline substances, and
in general products of the earth, and of water, and
deposits, both subsoil and surface, of every nature
and description,
3. To prospect, explore for, discover, drill
for, extract, produce, prepare, mine, mill, separate
