IV. Establishing, maintaining and operating an ambulance service. Vo To acquire, maintain and dispose of cemeteries, burial sites, tombs, monuments, memorials, markers, prin saan niches, erypts, and all buildings and other appurtenances in connection therewith. Vi. To take, hold, lease, mortgage, own, purchase, or acquire by operation of law, or otherwise, real property, without limit as to amount, or any interest therein, or appurtenant thereto, or to sell, lease, exchange, mortgage, or hypothecate real estate, or any interest therein, and to engage in any and all undertakings and business necessary and proper to the improvements and betterments of any of the land owned, or to be acquired by said corporation, or in any other lands which said corporation may have an interest, and to handle in any manner any lands of said corporation. VII. To apply for, obtain, register, purchase, lease, or otherwise to acquire, for and to hold, own, operate and introduce and to sell, assign and otherwise to dispose of, any trademarks, tradenames, caveats, patents, inventions, improvements, and processes used in connection with, or secured under Letters Patent of the United States, or elsewhere, or otherwise, and to use, exercise, develop, grant licenses in respect of, or otherwise to turn to account any such trademarks, caveats, patents, licenses, processes, and the like, or any such property or rights. VIII. To enter into, make, perform and carry out contracts of every kind and character with any person, firm, association or corpor(2).
