the 28thS of March, William Swinerten,
known by the name of “ Bill Arkansaw,”
was stabbed by Peter Wittenburg, in ‘the abdomen and breast, from the effects of which
he died in a few minutes, Wittenburg was
arrested and lodged in jail. Both parties
were inebriate.
