City and County of San Francisco ) On this 23rd day of September, A.D., 1957, personally appeared before me, LUCIE M, REINCKE t) a notary public in and for the city and county and state aforesaid, Bert C. Austin and Charles L, Allan, known to me to be, respectively, the president and the secretary of Idaho Maryland Mines Corporation, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nevada, who executed the foregoing instrument on behalf of said corporation, and upon oath did depose and say that he, the said Bert Cc, Austin, is the president and that he, the said Charles L. Allan, is the secretary of said corporation; that they are acquainted with the seal of Said corporation and that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation; that the signatures to said instrument were made by officers of said corporation as indicated after said Signatures; and that said corporation executed said instrument freely and voluntarily and for the uses and purposes therein mentioned, IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my official seal at my office in the City and County of San Francisco, State of California, the day and year in this certificate first above written.
