three, disharging into each other ; three of which

a slight addition, are equally adapted to the
new processes.
The Pans are about four feet in diameter, and
supplied with a false, perforated, or grate bottom,
upon which the grinding done, and which allows
the gold, as soun as united with the mercury, to
settle benath the grate, and, remain as safe as if
under lock and kev.
In cleaning up the pans and separating the

required.
