Those members of the committee who cannot attend were authorized to send proxies, and were instructed to vote for Hon. T. B. McFarland. The county convestion, for the purpose of newimating candidates for couns ty offices, was called for the 22d of July. ~The primary~eleetions will be held on the i8th. The test at th: primaries will be an. endorsement of the platform adupted by, and a pledge to support the nominees of tae State Union convention.
