interest of the “Asylum Bonds” authorized: by
this Act, there shall be levied, on the first Monday in Mareh AD, eighteen hundred and sixty
four, and each year thereafter. until, the intercet
and principal of said bouds shall be fully paid, an
annanl tax of three-fourths of-one per ccht on
ench one hundred dollars of value of all the taxable property in this state, which tax shall be assessed and collected as other state taxes, and by
the Treasurer of State set apartin a Fund, to

Pe Interest Fund,’ to boapplied exelusively to
the payment of the interest of the -‘Asylum
Bonds,” aud for the redemption of the same ;
