Avproved April 27th, 1863. HE. People of the State of California, repreT sented fa Senate and Assembly, do enact as follows : é Bonds. Section 1. For the purpose of completing and furnishing the State Asylum for the Deaf, Dumb, and Blinc, the Treasurer of the State shall cause to be suitab'e bonda of the State of California, interest at the rate of seven cent perannum payable se+ i-annually, on the first day of January and the first day of of each year, at the office of the Treasurer of the State. Form of Bonds Sec 2. Thesaid b ndsshill ee by the Governor. and countersigned by, the Controller, and indorsed by the Tr: asurer of State, and shall have the seal uf the state affixed thercto, and shall date from the Grst day ef July, A Dp, 1864. and be made payabic at the office of the Treasurer of state w ‘twenty days after the date of Coupons for Interest. 8Ec.3.
