(e) Capacity: To carry out all or any part of the fore-going objects and purposes as principal, partner (either general or limited or both), joint venturer, agent, broker, factor, contractor, trustor, trustee, or otherwise, either alone or in conjunction with any entity or entities, and in any part of the world. (£) Construction of Provisions: The foregoing clauses shall be construed both as objects and powers, anc it is hereby expressly provided that the foregoing enumeration of specific powers shall not be held to limit or restrict in any Manner the powers of the corpora-— tion. The above purpose clauses shall not be limited by reference to or inference from one another, but each such purpose clause shall be construed as a separate statement conferring independent purposes and powers upon the corporation. ARTICLE III Principal Office The county in-the State of California where the principal office for the transaction of business of this corporation is located 1s San Mateo County. ARTICLE IV Stock Structure The total number of shares which this Corporation shall have authority to issue is 7,500; shares, all of one class. The. aggregate par value of all said shares is SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND ($75,000), and the par value of each such share is TEN DOLLARS : ($10.00).
