ducts the water of the South Fork of Poorman’s
creek to the mines, at and near Kureka. Also,
‘the ditch and reservoir at Snow Point, known
as the Snow Point ditch and reservoir Also
that certain ditch convening water from Missouri canon to Relief Hill, formerly knowu and
designated as Spicer’s ditch and the reservoir
connected therewith. Also, those certain mining claims situated on Relief Hill, formerly
koown as Spiser’s Canadian claims and the Manzineta claims. Also the claims and ground on
Humbug canon near North Bloomfleld, ‘commencing at the head and running down below
the falla. Also the mill and mill site on Poor
Man’s creek above Kureka, together with all
lakes, reservoirs, water rights, blond papoose
easements, franchises, privileges and appurteances. thereunto belonging or in any wise ap
ertaining. All the above property is located in
Neveen county, California.

five dollars, gp debt, with interest on the
principal at he rate of two percent per month

1863, it was ordered and decreed by the said
court that the mortgage set forth in plaintiff ’s
