Court of the 14th Judicial District of the
dtate of California, in the matter.of the petition
of IRA A. BROWN, an Insolvent Debtor : Pursuant to an order of the Hon, Niles Searls, Judge
of the said District Court, notice is hereby given
to all the creditors of the said Insolvent fkKA A.
BROWN, to be and appear before the Hon, Niles
Scarls aforesaid, in open court, at the court room
of said court in the city and county of Nevada, on
the dd day of April, 1961, at 10 o'clock, A. Moy of
that day, then and there to show cause, if any
they ean, why the prayer of said nsolvyent
should not be granted, and an assignihentof his
estate be made, and he be diseharged trom ‘his
debts and liabilities, in pursuance of the Statute
in such case jade and provjded; and’ in the
‘meantime all proceedings against said insolvent
be stayed. ,
